The Secretariat consists of “Secretariat Affairs Section”, “University Planning Section”, “Public Relation & Publishing Section〞and “University archives〞in support of the role of President, Vice Presidents and relative affairs. The Secretariat is responsible for University development and planning, University-level meetings, school anniversary celebrations, faculty, staff, and students appeals or complaints, affairs of Gender Equity Education Committee, while at the same time enhancing the public image of the University and operating special collections and TMU Archives.
